Description of Service
UserPulse is a feedback management platform that allows teams to collect, organize, and prioritize user feedback through collaborative boards.
User Accounts
To use certain features of UserPulse, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to UserPulse, including feedback, comments, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant UserPulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users of the boards you participate in.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access the service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual Property
The UserPulse service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by UserPulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to UserPulse at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

UserPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UserPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
