Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate UserPulse:
Vercel: Hosts our web application. Vercel may process your IP address and request metadata as part of serving the application.
Convex: Provides our backend database and real-time data sync. Your account data and user content are stored on Convex infrastructure.
Resend: Handles transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend to send account-related emails.
Plausible Analytics (self-hosted): Provides anonymous, aggregate website analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant.
Cookies
UserPulse does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics solution (Plausible) is completely cookieless.
We only use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be opted out of.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to any individual.
